Immaculate Conception Catholic Regional School
Tuition Assistance
The Diocese of Providence believes that children from all walks of life should have access to a Catholic education. To that end, the Diocese runs a tuition assistance program for children of modest means in grades K-12. All Diocesan aid is given on the basis of demonstrated need, which is assessed by a third-party provider, FACTS Management.  To apply for tuition assistance, families should complete a tuition assistance application and submit it to our needs-assessment provider, FACTS Management. Applications can be found on the FACTS Management website, , or at any Catholic school within the Diocese of Providence. One application is sufficient for all siblings attending Catholic schools, K-12. However, awards are not renewable, so families must re-apply every year. The deadline for submitting a completed application for tuition assistance in anticipation of the upcoming school year is in February.

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for Immaculate Conception Catholic Regional School for the upcoming 2016-2017 school year.  Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by February 12, 2016.  Any financial aid awarded by the school will only be granted to those families that complete the FACTS process.  Last year Immaculate Conception Catholic Regional School awarded $30,000 in financial assistance to more than 40 families.  The Diocese of Providence awarded our families with more than $25,000 in support. Those who complete the FACTS assessment are automatically considered for financial assistance by the Diocese of Providence.   If you plan on requesting assistance from Immaculate Conception Catholic Regional School, you must also complete and return the 2016-2017 Tuition Assistance Request Form.

Applicants can begin filling out Facts Grant & Aid Assessment online beginning November 1, 2016, at or follow the link on our school website.  Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
