Immaculate Conception Catholic Regional School
Tuition Assistance
The Diocese of Providence believes that children from all walks of life should have access to a Catholic education. To that end, the Diocese runs a tuition assistance program for children of modest means in grades K-12. All Diocesan aid is given on the basis of demonstrated need, which is assessed by a third-party provider, FACTS Management.  To apply for tuition assistance, families should complete a tuition assistance application and submit it to our needs-assessment provider, FACTS Management. Applications can be found on the FACTS Management website, www.factsmgt.com , or at any Catholic school within the Diocese of Providence. One application is sufficient for all siblings attending Catholic schools, K-12. However, awards are not renewable, so families must re-apply every year. The deadline for submitting a completed application for tuition assistance in anticipation of the upcoming school year is February 14.

  • School Choice Bill

    Rhode Island Catholic Schools

    Parent Federation

     May 16, 2013

We are pleased and excited to announce the following:

Bill 2013H 6131, RELATING TO EDUCATION-PARENTAL CHOICE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM ACT,

was submitted by Representatives Coderre and Corvese on Thursday, May 16. When approved, this bill will assist parents in choosing the right school for their child. Expanding school choice and competition is one of the most important actions we can take to improve Rhode Island's schools. Expanded school choice may face strong opposition, however studies have exhibited that expanded choice improves student achievement, reduces segregation, promotes civic values, and facilitates other productive reforms.  Parental Choice in Education can take the form of issued educational vouchers, saving accounts and corporate tax credits.

We need all parents to reach out to their legislators now to let them know you support this bill. Once a committee hearing date has been established, you will be asked to join us at the State House to rally in favor of the bill.

Many thanks to Representatives Coderre and Corvese for submitting this bill.

    James Sheil

    President
