Our Motto and Mascot

Our motto at Immaculate Conception Catholic Regional School is "character through faith." It encompasses our desire to form and transform lives by calling all members to develop a friendship with Jesus, a spirit of service, and a life of sacrifice for others. We believe that each person at every age is a child of God the Father who calls us to our unique vocation. We believe that each person--student, teacher, parent, pastor--has a unique responsibility to support one another by living a life of respect, responsibility and character.
It is through faith and God by His grace that we come to understand our unique potential, talents and abilities. We strive to live each day by growing closer as a community of faith rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our mascot is the community of saints. Saints are those extrodinary men, woman and young people whom the Roman Catholic Church recognizes as holy. For over two thousand years, our church draws strength from the lives of saints who serve as models for each of us today. Our school provides an opportunity each day for young people to model holy lives. It doesn't matter if we are in the classroom, on the stage or in the gym, we strive to be our best. We strive to live holy lives of compassion. We strive to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. We strive to become saints!
